The Great Offshore is produced by the Espace multimedia Gantner, with the support of DICRÉAM, la Gaîté Lyrique and FNAGP (Fondation Nationale des Arts Graphiques et Plastiques).
OFFSHORE TOUR OPERATOR/
“Offshore Tour Operator” is a situationist gps prototype, orientated toward a computer assisted psychogeographic drift, that dictates the walk through the panama papers addresses.
About RYBN
The Great Offshore extends the RYBN.ORG collective’s decade-long reflections on contemporary economics with Antidatamining, an 11-part project on financial markets and algorithmic trading, including ADM 8 (2011), ADM X: The Algorithmic Trading Freakshow (2013) and ADMXI (2015). RYBN.ORG is a platform for experimental and extra-disciplinary artistic research founded in 1999. RYBN.ORG is interested in the coupling, disruption and perversion of those writing and formalisation tools related to information and communication technologies (algorithms, networks, data flows), reinscribing them in the field of the visual arts.
